Racing’s success in the competitive global sporting marketplace depends on its ability to evolve and expand its fan and participant base – across generations, genders and cultures. This year’s 37th’s ARC will take a deep dive into challenges and opportunities that racing has to reach and expand its fan base now, and into the future.

Victoria Carter ONZM
Victoria Carter ONZM will draw upon her deep racing, business and political experience to identify what needs to change for racing to expand its fan and participant base into the future. She will address delegates on strategies which racing can adopt to promote diversity within our industry.

Anna Seitz Ciannello
Anna Seitz Ciannello will tell the story behind the runaway success of her all-female ownership venture. It’s All About the Girls, which launched in the United States in 2013, has since expanded into Australia and Ireland and is experiencing exponential growth with Elaine "Legs" Lawlor of Goffs Auction House helping manage the international divisions. Anna will highlight the rise of Global Glamour, a multiple G1 winner in Australia who is owned by a group of 40 women representing eight different countries, as a prime example of how female ownership has opened a new market for racing.
