Ms Irene MK Lim joined the Singapore Turf Club in July 2020 as President & Chief Executive. She leads the senior leadership team and charters the direction for the only horse racing club in Singapore with world-class racing sports facilities. Irene possesses three decades of industry experience for both established companies and start-ups, having held leadership positions across different industries from hospitality, tourism and travel to media.

In her last role with Mediacorp Pte Ltd, she played an instrumental role in reinvigorating their portfolio of products and services, moving the team towards being more customer-focused, developing new and innovative content strategies that increased audience engagement across all platforms. Her portfolio also encompassed the management of broadcast operations and broadcast engineering support services.

Prior to her business role, Irene headed the sales and marketing team through the initial phase of integration and transformation, offering transmedia solutions in an increasingly fast-moving media industry. She last held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Mediacorp.
