Asian Pattern Committee

The Asian Pattern Committee (APC) aims to assist in the co-ordination of the programming of the highest quality races with ARF member countries and Special Administrative Regions. It compiles from its member countries and Special Administrative Regions their methodologies of how they formulate and administer their Pattern Races. The APC implements and administers general rules for the inclusion of Group and Listed races in the ARF Pattern, provides reports and makes recommendations to the International Grading and Race Planning Advisory Committee (IRPAC), advises on the international racing calendar and new international races, and guides and encourages emerging racing countries and Special Administrative Regions within the ARF by assisting them in their development, especially in technical areas such as the implementation of Pattern or Grading systems.
