Singapore reduces race days and public not admitted to Kranji

The Singapore Turf Club (STC) advised on Thursday that in line with the Singapore Government Ministry of Health’s (MOH) Advisory it will be implementing the following stricter precautionary measures because of the Covid-19 pandemic:

- The race meeting scheduled for Friday, March 27th, 2020, would continue. However, members of public will not be admitted into the Singapore Racecourse.

- For the month of April, 2020, the STC will reduce the frequency of local race day to only once a week. Members of public will not be admitted into the Singapore Racecourse. Details of the revised race schedule will be made available via the Club’s website.

There would not be screening of overseas simulcast races at the Singapore Racecourse from Friday, March 27th, 2020.

The STC expects the above measures to be in place until April 30th, 2020, in line with the MOH advisory dated March 24th, 2020. The STC will continue to carefully evaluate and make necessary changes to the business operations in line with the prevailing advisories from MOH and other relevant agencies.

Customers can continue to view live-streaming of simulcast and local races on StarHub Channels 288 and 289. Singapore Pools Account Holders can continue to place their bets online and via telephone.
