As the flagship of breeding activities, which are carried out with 21,000 bloodstock and their foals in approximately 2,100 farms in the country, TJK provides services to the sector with its expert staff and technological infrastructure at international standards, at its seven stud farms and covering stations located in seven cities.
In addition to covering station services, which are the main activity of horse breeding, breeders are supported in every field with boarding services, equine health services and mobile veterinary services for private farms. Boarding services are provided all year round in the İzmit, Karacabey and Mahmudiye facilities.
Following meticulous research, new stallions are included every year in order to extend TJK’s stallion roster. Among TJK’s 16 stallions, Daredevil, added to the roster in 2020, has been providing breeding services in the USA since the 2021 breeding season due to the interest of the international breeding community as a result of the success of his foals running in America. For the 2025 breeding season, Daredevil will be back in Türkiye to join TJK’s band of stallions – including Victoire Pisa, Kluger, Satono Ares and TJK’s most recent transfer from Japan, Bathrat Leon, and Epaulette from Australia, among others.
